Agreement to Terms

By purchasing tickets to the NYC NYE Singles Party or using our website, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before making a purchase. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you should not purchase tickets or use our services.

Event Attendance

By attending our event, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

  • You must be at least 21 years of age to attend
  • Valid government-issued photo ID is required for entry
  • The event organizers reserve the right to refuse entry or remove any attendee at their discretion
  • You agree to comply with all venue rules and regulations
  • Professional or commercial photography/videography is not permitted without prior written consent

Ticket Purchase and Refunds

Please review our ticket policies:

  • All ticket sales are final
  • Tickets are non-transferable unless otherwise specified
  • Each ticket is valid for one person only
  • Lost or stolen tickets will not be replaced
  • Tickets purchased through unauthorized resellers may be void

Refund requests will be considered on a case-by-case basis. Please contact us through our contact page for any refund inquiries. Refunds, if approved, may be subject to a processing fee.

Event Changes

We reserve the right to modify event details, including but not limited to date, time, venue, entertainment, and included amenities. In the unlikely event of cancellation, ticket holders will be notified and offered a full refund or credit toward a future event. We are not responsible for any additional expenses incurred by attendees (such as travel or accommodation) in the event of changes or cancellation.

Nature of the Event

The NYC NYE Singles Party is a social event designed to provide a fun and welcoming environment for singles to meet new people. By attending, you understand and acknowledge that:

No Guarantees: We do not guarantee that you will meet a romantic partner, make specific connections, or achieve any particular outcome. The event is an opportunity to socialize, and results vary for each individual.

Personal Responsibility: You are solely responsible for your interactions with other attendees. We encourage respectful, appropriate behavior at all times.

Attendee Conduct: We cannot control or be held responsible for the actions, statements, or behavior of other attendees. If you experience any issues, please notify event staff immediately.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

  • We are not responsible for any personal injury, property damage, or loss that may occur during the event, unless caused by our gross negligence
  • We are not liable for any interactions, relationships, or situations that may arise between attendees during or after the event
  • We are not responsible for any emotional distress, disappointment, or dissatisfaction with the event or its outcomes
  • Our total liability shall not exceed the price paid for your ticket

Code of Conduct

All attendees are expected to:

  • Treat all other attendees and staff with respect and courtesy
  • Refrain from harassment, discrimination, or inappropriate behavior of any kind
  • Consume alcohol responsibly
  • Respect others' personal boundaries and the word "no"
  • Report any concerns or issues to event staff promptly

Violation of this code of conduct may result in removal from the event without refund.

Assumption of Risk

By attending the event, you voluntarily assume all risks associated with attendance, including but not limited to risks related to illness, communicable diseases, physical injury, or interactions with other attendees. You agree to take personal responsibility for your own health and safety during the event.

Photography and Media

By attending the event, you grant us permission to use photographs or video footage taken at the event that may include your likeness for promotional purposes, including social media, website, and marketing materials. If you do not wish to be photographed, please notify event staff upon arrival.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless NYC NYE Singles Party, its organizers, employees, partners, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your attendance at the event, your violation of these terms, or your interactions with other attendees.

Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these terms or your attendance at the event shall be resolved in the courts of New York County, New York.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to this page. Your continued use of our services or attendance at our events constitutes acceptance of any modified terms.
